Taking a holistic approach to the complete process from conception, through the design and development process using state of the art techniques, through completion and operation. This heralded a new era of subterranean utility systems that eliminated the need to repeatedly dig up the road to repair cracked or leaking pipes and thus save time, money and disruption.
